Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of aurixfx.com, including how our services relate to Ebury Partners Canada Limited.

Last updated 10 October 2026

01About these terms

These terms govern your use of aurixfx.com, which is operated by Aurix FX Corporation (“AurixFX”, “we”, “us”) of Calgary, Alberta. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02Our role and Ebury

Foreign exchange and payment services are provided by Ebury Partners Canada Limited (“Ebury”), a money services business registered with FINTRAC (Reg. No. M17949017) and licensed by Revenu Québec (Licence No. 12062).

AurixFX introduces businesses to Ebury for these regulated payment services and manages the client relationship. All transactions are dealt through Ebury, and clients contract directly with Ebury. AurixFX has no authority to bind Ebury, to vary Ebury’s terms or services, or to enter into any contract on Ebury’s behalf, including opening an account.

03Services are governed by client agreements

This website describes our services but is not an offer to provide them. Services are available only to businesses that complete Ebury’s onboarding and approval, and only under the client agreements signed at that time. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the client agreements prevail. Not all products are available in every jurisdiction or to every client.

04Information only, not advice

Content on this website, including Market Insights guides, is general information for businesses. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not consider your circumstances. Companies named in guides are illustrative composites, not real businesses. Seek professional advice before acting on any information here.

05Rates and risk

Any rates, prices or figures on this website are indicative only and may change without notice. They are not offers or guarantees. Hedging tools such as forward contracts are used to manage currency risk; they do not eliminate it and can result in a less favourable outcome than the market rate at settlement. Past exchange rates do not predict future rates.

06Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to AurixFX or its licensors. Ebury’s name and marks belong to Ebury. You may view the website and download guides for your own internal business use, and share links to our pages. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt our content without written permission.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • submit false information or another person’s details;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, or interfere with its operation;
  • scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or data from the website.

08Links to other websites

We link to third-party websites, including Ebury’s, for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

09Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted, to the extent the law allows.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AurixFX is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of or reliance on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

12Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
